Just wanting to know the best way to deal with really severe alligatoring on an exterior paint. But what is the quickest easiest way to deal with multiple coats of paint that are cracking very badly? Thanks in advance!

Scrape of what you can with your 5 in 1 scraper, then sand the rest with your power sanders. I wouldn't even mess with a chemical stripper. You can use Zipstrip, it's been around forever and it works, but it's slow and takes more than one treatment to get all the paint off. If you sand, you usually don't have to get 100% of the paint off, just sand the edges of the old paint to where you can't see any aligatoring. Then prime, caulk, fill, and paint. Have fun!

Good old fashioned scraping and sanding. Find some decent profile scrapers if need be. Scrape what is loose and feather all the edges.
I would strip that door completely.
The dust will be lead so protect accordingly.
If you removed the doors you could use a heat gun to strip paint quite quickly but do NOT use the heat gun on anything in place.
